What services does Dreamline Designs offer?
We offer custom artwork for individuals and businesses including logos, branding, illustrations, graphics, and themed designs. We also offer products featuring those designs, such as apparel, prints, accessories, and custom merchandise.
How does your design rights model work?
You have two options:
1. Collaborative Design (Free Design however I keep the rights) If you choose this option, I create your design at no cost. I retain the rights to the artwork, and you get to use the design on Dreamline Designs products. This model is perfect for clients who want beautiful custom artwork without paying a design fee.
2. Exclusive Ownership (Paid Design and you keep the rights) If you need full ownership of your design for branding, trademarks, or exclusive use I offer paid design packages. Pricing depends on the complexity and type of artwork needed.
Why would I choose the free design option?
It’s ideal if you want custom artwork but don’t need exclusive rights. You get a personalized design without paying a design fee, and you can order products featuring your artwork anytime.
Why would I choose the paid design option?
If you’re a business or creator who needs full control over your branding, trademarks, or commercial use, the paid option ensures you own the design completely.
Can I use the free design outside of Dreamline Designs products?
Because I retain the rights, free designs cannot be used outside of Dreamline Designs merchandise. If you need broader usage, the paid option is the best fit.
Do you offer bulk or business merchandise?
Yes! I can create custom designs for your business and produce branded merchandise such as shirts, hats, stickers, magnets, and more. Bulk pricing is available.
How long does a custom design take?
Most designs take 5-7 days depending on complexity. Larger branding projects may take longer.
Can you revise my design?
Yes, all custom designs include revision options. The number of revisions depends on the design package you choose.
Do you create themed collections?
Absolutely. I regularly release themed collections (holiday, fairytale, blue‑collar, military, pop culture, etc.) and can create custom themes upon request.
How do I place a custom order?
You can contact me directly through the website or social media. I’ll walk you through the design options, rights model, and product choices.
Do you ship products?
Yes all Dreamline Designs products are made to order and shipped directly to you.
Can I request a design even if I don’t want products?
Yes! You can choose the paid design option and receive full ownership of your artwork without purchasing any products.
What if I’m not sure which option I need?
No problem, I can help you decide based on how you plan to use the design. If you want exclusive branding, choose the paid option. If you want custom artwork for fun or for Dreamline Designs products, the free option is perfect.
What is your return policy?
All of our products are custom made to order so we do not accept returns.
How are Dreamline Designs products shipped?
All products are fulfilled and shipped through trusted production partners. Each item is made to order, ensuring high-quality printing and fresh production for every customer.
Where do orders ship from?
There are multiple fulfillment centers across the United States. Your order will ship from the facility closest to your location or the facility best suited for the type of product you ordered. This helps reduce shipping time and ensures reliable delivery.
How long does production take?
Most items take 2–7 business days to be produced before shipping. Production time varies depending on the product type and seasonal demand (holidays may take slightly longer).
How long does shipping take?
Once your order is fulfilled, shipping typically takes:

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes, once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package from the fulfillment center to your doorstep.

Expedited shipping may be available depending on the product and fulfillment partner. If available, you’ll see faster shipping options at checkout.
Why might my order arrive in multiple packages?
If your order contains different types of products (for example, apparel + accessories), they may be produced at different facilities. In that case, items will ship separately so you receive them as quickly as possible.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact me right away. We offer replacement guarantees for damaged, misprinted, or lost items. I’ll help you get a replacement sent out quickly.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, delivery times vary based on location and customs processing.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn’t entered production yet, I can update your shipping address. Once production begins, changes may not be possible but we'll do everything we can to help.
